Hi all,
Here is my situations
I got Canada PR and I have to enter canada before 2 Nov 2005.
I am processing GC in USA, and in I-140 Stage.
My question is
1- I enter canada on or before 2nd nov 2005
What formalities I have to complete while in canada like SIN or Medical
2- I have to stamp my usa visa from ottawa Canada. Can I stay couple of days like 3 day
and then Can I come back to usa?
3- If yes I can come to USA then While reentering canada is there any time period I have
to go back canada?

1) If you are not planning to live in Canada anytime soon then you do not have to apply for anything.
2) You can stay as long as you want to in Canada. But as you are applying for a US visa if it is refused then you can not enter US.
3) To maintain your Canadian PR you have to live in Canada for a period of 2 years out of 5 starting from the day you land in Canada as a PR.

Hi Kenny,
Very good suggestions, but I need to know, is it possible to get refused for H1 visa from Canada even with my valid I-94 and my current employment status?
Also, if my visa gets refused, I can´t use that "AVR" meaning Automatic Visa revalidation with which I can come to USA with my Valid I-94.
please suggest me anyone...
