Can any body explian the process of checking settlement funds on landing in canada?

While you are in the PR process , CIC might ask for a proof of founds , to make sure that you have the money sitting there , once your PR is approved and you land in Canada , the Immigration officer may ask you to show him/her your founds.
You must have in your bank account a minimum ammount of $10K CAD for each family member whose coming to Canada.
During your landing procedure , you may transfer that money to a bank in Canada .
As far as I know (I am not sure about it)Sponsored family members don?t need a proof of founds at the port of entry.

I´m gonna land in a week...i´m in canada right now..
lol..i have around 6K in my bank...5K line of credit..around 7K in credit cards...23K in scholarships...do you think I will have any problems landing? as I don´t have a solid 10K in my bank account...
I would really appreciate any comments
