Subject: PPR for In-Canada SW applicants (???)
  Hi All:
Do in-canada applicants need to mail the passports to Buffalo to obtain a visa?

The reason I´m asking this is, since I´m already in Canada, do I need to mail the passports out, or is there any other way getting my passport stmaped rather than mailing out my passport out of the country?

Please advise.

Yes, you can go to Buffalo instead, anytime after you get the PPR letter.

Buffalo stamps visas (PR) only on Thursday (but confirm).

Your PR visa will be issued by Buffalo. You can either mail your passport to Buffalo OR go to Buffalo to get the visa in-person if you have visa to enter USA.

Buffalo stamps PR visas only on Tuesday and Thursday.
