Your question is not very clear. Did u get married in 2001 land this year and did not inform CIC? Please clarify.

Whatever the case if you changed the composition of your family before landing in Canada and did not inform CIC it is misrepresentation of facts. Your PR can be revoked. I suggest you take help of a lawyer as I am not an expert.

Another alternative is to go back to India marry again, come back to Canada and sponsor your wife. But like I said consult a professional.

If you got married after you became PR then there is no need to worry. You will need a marriage certificate to prove when you got married.

If your marriage is genuine (include marraige ceremony photographs, letters you wrote to each other etc.) you should have no problem in sponsoring your spouse. Remember there is no minimum income requirements to sponsor your spouse. So I suggest you file an application for your spouse as soon as possible because if you delay this it can create doubt in the mind of immigration official.

All the best!

Concealing a vital info is a serious offence. Consult an experienced immigration lawyer about your problem. Don´t take it lightly because you have just "unintentionally" misrepresented yourself.
