Hello
I am new here. This is my first posting. I applied on March 2004, got my file number on the first week of April. I received medical form on first week of December, 2004. My interview was waived but they did not ask for any RCMP certificate or fingerprint. My e-client status changed to Medical results received in July, 2005. I checked my status this Monday and the status shows Withdrawn. When I click on the link it says ?A decision has been made on you application.?
I applied from Canada to buffalo office. Do any of you know what ?Withdrawn? means in my case? I didn?t apply through any lawyer or ask Buffalo to transfer my file to any other country.
Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

You should definately write a letter to Buffalo and ask why your e-client status shows withdrawn. You can also send an e-mail to the following address:

Contact them immediately abt the strange appearance.
In my Eclient, I had two options, IN PROCESS and WITHDRAW. I didnt click the WITHDRAW link at all, it automatically disappeared and I have IN PROCESS only now. Did you by any chance WITHDRAW your application?
Contact them immediately, by Fax or email, ASAP.

this looks like to me an Error in system. But to make sure contact your visa office and also let them know that their is an error on this system which is misleading ppls.

Thank you all for your reply. I will definitely send them an email but not sure how effective that would be. I am sure they will send me an automated reply or something more vague than this ´withdrawn´status. the thing is they contacted me after i send them my medical. i didnt withdraw by application. in e-client under status i saw my status changed from ´In process´ to ´withdrawn´.

i think they will respond to individual questions like this. But in the case of status of application, they do give a standard response.i got a response from them in 3 days when i enquired whether they encashed my landing fees.

Hello
I got an email from Buffallo today. Apparently they sent me a letter which i never recieved. So the letter was returned back to them. and then they withdrew my application. I think they sent the letter to my old address. when i changed my address, i sent them a fax twice, and changed my address on e-client. I am not sure if there was anything else i could have done to avoid this mishap. I sent them another email explaining my situation. lets see what happens
