| Subject: Dual Citizenship and work visas |

I was born in Canada and moved to Australia when I was 2 years old, I have passports from both countries. I came to England on my Aussie passport with a working holiday visa. The visa will run out in January but I want to stay here another year or so. I was wondering if anyone knows about applying for a visa on a different passport and if it is tricky or even illegal. I will be going back to Australia for Xmas and I think I have to apply for it outside the country, but I don´t know if that will get my into trouble. I need to get a new Canadian passport anyway as mine just expired. Any suggestions? B

I am 21 years old and have completed one year of college and want to work in Australia. considering i do not possess and diplomas or degrees, I am i still eligable to work in Australia doing some type of construction job?
