| Subject: Medicals...what next?? |

1. I just forwaded my medicals to Buffalo as part of my application, is there anything more that goes into the application?
2. also my interview was waived at the time I got the Medicals request, can the consulate still change its mind and ask me for an interview, also what NEXT?
3. I still havent paid my ROLF, should I pay it now and save further processing time....
Plz. advize....

Hi,
1) You mean your DMP forwarded the medicals. Your DMP is authorized to send the documents. You´ve nothing to do with that. Once you appeared for medicals, that is it!
2) Yes, very rarely, if something suspicious comes out of Background Checks
3) If you pay ROLF now, then it would speed up the process. ROLF is entitled to refund incase of withdrawal or rejection

Hi Zeus,
I will be more than happy to do the same, I had applied in Feb 2002, I recieved my file number in May 2002, I recived the medicals and interview waiver in Jan 2004, after which I applied to include my wife in the application, the same was done and I recieved the inclusion with the medicals in August 2004.
We both have sent the medicals and awaiting further response...
