| Subject: What is the procedure to add new child in your app |

Hello,
Please any one can tell me about my situation, i have just recived my medical papares and at the same time we got new baby boy, i have alrady informed the immigration officer about that, but he did not tell me about that. Pls. advise me, what the procedure to add my new child in my application.

1- Birth certificate in English
2- 4 photos with name and date of birth written on back
3- add the baby to his Mom´s passport and photocopy the page of his name ( make sure the spelling of the name in Passport the same in English certificate of birth )
4- Receipt of th fees for the baby 150$ Canadian.
That all friend and I´m sure of that I had the same situation.

is is strictly stated to add the child to mom´s passport?
and one more thing ,i renewed my passport (Jordanian), what is the procedure to inform them about it ?
