i am currently employeed in a company after my graduation. its now almost 4 months i am working in a company on a work permit. my current employee is willing to issue me a letter which indicate that they are offering me a permenant job position until i get my permenant residence. if i can get this letter still i have to get that hrds approved or i can get arranged employemnt point in canada imigration process.

I cant understand your question. I´ll try to answer anyway. You need to get HRSDC approval before you can claim any points for Arranged Employment. For all the requirements to obtain your Arranged Employment Opinion click on the following link http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/asp/gateway.asp?hr=en/epb/lmd/fw/aehrdcassess.shtml&hs=hze
Once you get a positive opinion from HRSDC, you can attach that letter to your application package. All the best!

Hi friends
I´ve one query,Currently i´m working with IT Company in Chandigarh,Our company has opened a branch offica in Canada.If my company wants to send me to canadian office,do i need HRDC approval?
Because My company´s HR Manager says we´ll send you to canada,then i said then u´ll my application 2 be approved by HRDC,then he said,there is no such requirement...if a company is sending his employee from india to canada,then there is no need for HRDc approval...is it true or wrong
