Subject: Looking forward to immigrate to Canada
  Hello guys,

First, hope that u r all doing fine ..

I´m Haitham, 24 years old. I am Palestinian by Nationality but living and working in Dubai, UAE

I finished my high school diploma from Kuwait in 1999, then I joined the IT College at Jordan University of Science & Technology, Jordan. However I didn´t finish my degree due to unfortunate Family circumstances due to my family moving to Palestine and not returning back to Kuwait. This was due to the Middle Eastern Crisis between Israel and Palestine as the Israeli soldiers closed the airports at that time and my family residency in Kuwait was canceled. I was unable to fund my own education in the University and hence I undertook shorter courses which I was able to afford at that time.

The courses are: MCP, MCDBA, MCSD, MCSA

Unfortunately, until now I didn?t complete my education coz of a couple of reasons one of these reasons is a common reason which is ?the University fees??

It?s really hard to me to fund my education by my self while I?m working here in Dubai, so I start thinking to immigrate. I was planning to immigrate to Australia or to Canada, but I preferred Canada coz I have a lot of relative there and because it?s a peace country.

Some one will ask, ok..
You?re planning to immigrate to Canada to complete your education, I?ll say YES.
Ok, why I didn?t applied for Student VISA (easy to get it), I?ll say.. I didn?t because it will be the same problem and I?ll not be able to cover my fees there in Canada even if I?m working coz I?ll be studying there as international student.

My aim from this immigration is to complete my education and to secure my life especially that I?m Palestinian passport holder.

So please, now you have a general information about my situation, maybe you didn?t got what I want exactly, so I?ll leave my contacts for any one want to help or to advise me.

MSN : Haitham_h50@hotmail.com
Yahoo : Haitham_h50@yahoo.com

Really, I?ll be more than glad if some one help me or at least advise me in what to do.

Best regards

Haitham

To attain the 67 points required for immigration, you need a good education, and/or work experience, and/or a job offer in Canada. You also can increase your points by learning French, marrying a well educated woman and having close relatives in Canada.
So if you don?t match one of the criteria above, think of the other ...

Haytham,

I am in Dubai too and already have the PR.

See, you need to get 67 score min to get your file considered by the CIC.

Major points are age, education, languages, and relatives.

Log to CIC web site and try the self test. See what do you lack and try to cover them ASAP. Then apply from Dubai. CIC London will be your office of application.

You need to proof funds equal to about AED 30,000 which the min for one person.

If you need any more info just ask.

One relative is like tens of them. You will get max of 5 point so having a relative there.

They can not help you EXCEPT if they sponsor you and be responsible for you. In that case they have to be your mom, dad, sisters, brothers, and uncles. If not then you have to apply as skilled worker only and meet the 67 points.

Take care
