Hi all,
I am applying for permanant residence from buffalo, NY . Since it is taking longer than six months for the application to be processed. Can I send my apllication without Police clearance/fbi clearance and than send that later on? Since, I have heard that they make you do ploice clearance again anyways, if it is more than six months old. Has anyone had their applications denied/delayed cuase they submitted the PCC later?

Hi Sidk.
According to Buffalo´s own website, you are not required to submit police certificates from the US until asked to do so by the visa officer.

Oops - let me be more specific; Buffalo says that applicants are not required to submit US, Canadian or HK police certificates until asked to do so. Ergot, all other certificates should be included at the time of application submission.

How long does it take Greece to forward me the Police Clearance Certificate if I am living in India, and need this document so I can apply for my Spouse to come to Canada. Do I need this certificate to send my spousal sponsorship or do I have to wait for the certificate before applying.
