Specifics of attaching answer sheets to forms

Subject: Specifics of attaching answer sheets to forms
The explanation of how to label attached answer sheets to the immigration forms is very vague and unclear.

The Guide To Sponsorship states the following:

"Make sure you indicate the forms title and the number or letter of the question you are answering. Write your name and the page number at the top left corner of each additional sheet."

This leaves me with more questions than answers about how to label the attached sheets.

Firstly, do they mean to label the page numbers of the attached sheets, e.g. do they mean page 1, 2, 3, etc. of my answers, or page 1, 2, 3, etc. of where the question is located in the IMM form ?

Secondly, the way it is written makes it sound like they want the IMM title before every single answer, even if there are several attached answers to one specific IMM form. Is this accurate, or do they just want the IMM label at the top of the page ?

Thirdly, do they want just the IMM NNNN label, or do they want the title written out in full as well, such as "Sponsored Spouse / Partner Questionnaire" ?

I don´t want our sponsorship package to be returned due to some silly mislabeling issue, and I have heard of people being sent back their package for equally irrelevant reasons !

The more we delve into Canadian Immigration, the more we see just how ridiculously picky AND unclear they are with just about everything.

Any help from those that have successfully *completed* the immigration process using attached sheets would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi Lilibeth.

You´re right - CIC is picky, and their information is vague and ambiguous. If you don´t "dot your i´s and cross your t´s", things often take longer than expected. However, there is relief - you can choose to hire a professional to audit your application for immigration, prior to submitting it with the Canadian authorities.

For as little as $450.00, Crarer Law Office will review all forms and supporting documents, and provide a well-written report on how to correct your mistakes and improve your application. Furthermore, any questions or concerns you may have will be addressed, so you can rest easy knowing that you won´t be one of the thousands of frustrated people posting complaints here, and on other Canadian immigration forums...

Our turnaround time is about two business days, as we earnestly strive to ensure expedited service. Furthermore, we understand the importance of being readily available to our clients (we´re usually available 7 days per week), and always work towards maintaining their satisfaction.

If interested in our services, please call our office at 403.516.6123 for more info, or visit us online at www.e-ca.ca.

We hope to hear from you soon.
