In the e-client status page It?s been written "Medical results have been received. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." Does it mean there is something wrong with my application?

Before going on to the e-client status explanataion page, what does the actual e-client say? does it say In Process or Decision Made?

I think it means a decision has been made regarding your medical, interview process or background clearance. It may not be the final decision yet. But as i hear from other people, this e-client is not very reliable. So you have to wait for the letter. My e-client changed recently with similar kind of messages but the main e-client status says ´WIthdrawn´ even though I didnt withdraw my application. Its very frustrating but we dont have any option other than waiting.
