| Subject: After submitting IELTS/ TEF score, how long til IA |

I was asked to take the TEF. I have taken it and have the results. Can others share how long after submitting IELTS or TEF results did they get their IA?
Meaning, is there a relatively common pattern regarding submission of language results til Initial Assessment?
Oh, I was asked to take the TEF after submitting application.
Timeline:
App: July, 2005
AOR: Aug. 2005
Request for TEF, Aug. 2005
Submit results of TEF, Oct. 2005

if its the buffalo office...u will get IA about 36 weeks after the date u got ur AOR...so 9-10 months after u recieve ur AOR u will be getting your IA...it doesnt matter when u submit ur TEF/IELTS results..that doesnt speed up the process..on the other hand if u send ur TEF/IELTS scores late then that might delay ur IA rather than come on time...
