Yes, I can get a U.S. green card but may take 5-7 yrs. after retrogression.

Hi Manoj, I am in the same boat as yours, I am in US on H1B, the job is fine, salary is good applied for GC, but after retro it will take another 5 years. I am feeling little bored after being in the same job for 6 years and I think I nead a change,not sure if I want to stay in the same job hence applied for Canadian immigration.
If you apply now together with preparation of documents etc. it will take you about 2-5 years to get Canadian GC
