HI,
I am a grad student in canada. I am trying to get temporaray resident visa, since my original visa issued from india has expired. I have already renewed study permit, my doubt
1. Can i apply in buffalo ?
2. Do i need to have a US visa to apply for TRV in Buffalo
3. Do i need to show financial stuff to get trv

Hi Vivek:
1. yes you can apply in Buffalo. I applied in Seattle since it´s faster - Buffalo is always super busy.
2. You dont need a US visa to apply in Buffalo. I did it last year and I had no problems. Nada.
3. Each office has specific requirements. You can check the requirements on the cic website. Im not sure about Buffalo but Seattle required a bank balance or letter from your sponsor and proof of Sponsor´s bank balance.
