Is your Uncel in Canada as an immigrant or Canadian Citizen?

If so, yes. But you need to apply as a family member and not as a skilled worker anymore.

He will sponsor u.

Here Uncle can only sponsor her if she is orphaned and less than 18yrs old.

that´s too bad, im older then 18..So there´s no way in the world i could still migrate there?..I dont see why it would be require of me to have $10,000 since i will be moving with my uncle, its not like i have no place to go and my uncle makes good money enough to take care of me for 3 months. plus i intend to take a job at UPS once i arrive there, since i have UPS experience, i figured it would be no problem of getting the job.

CIC has rules. You must prove you can support yourself until you find work. All the good reasoning in the world will not change the fact that without settlement money, your application will not get past the first gate. sorry

Hi Jean: If you can manage to find arranged employment you dont have to show that you have $10,000. Thats one loophole that you can manipulate to get around your situation. I have arranged employment and the funds issue has been waved for me. Look into it.
