Hello, need help on the following?
1. PAPER FILE SENT TO : PA BF FILE TO : NEW ON XX-XX-2005
I know all but what is the "NEW" for?
2. SELCDEC 4
What does "4" stand for?

(in reply to: CAIPS notes clarification) 1. Name (initials) of the officer handling your case.
2. Interview waived.
3. Bchk (could be education, work experience or security) started for principal applicant.
