Halleluia! And thanks for that valuable information. Wish your friend the best of luck. I cant imagine how he got his IA before Oct applicants. Was he wearing a T-shirt in his photos that said "I love all immigration officers?" Hehehe. Keep us posted JC.

I am surprised how foolish and dumb these CIC folks can be giving IA to an applicant who filed in Nov 2004 while all the people who applied in Oct 2004 are still gasping. The buffalo needs to be whipped. I applied in October also. Hope they send IA out soon.
