Hi guys,
I have a question. Do you think IA is issued 7-9 months after the date they receive the application package or from the date they issue the AOR?

It depends on the visa issuing post.
In New Delhi,India it takes about 4.5 yrs where as at Buffalo it is about 1.5 yrs or so...
This it depends on then visa post...

In Buffalo it takes anywhere from 7-12 months for IA since AOR.
