iam a medical doctor,one year from completing my post graduate specialization training in south africa.south african high degrees are well recognized in many countries (i don`t know about canada).iam planning to move to canada once i finish here. my question : is south african post graduate medical training and specialist degrees recognized in canada? what are the requirements to get a specialist job? how one can apply? which is easier to get a temoprary or permenant job? is it possible to apply for an immigration then apply for a job?

medical training (in reply to: working in Canada as a medical specialist) I just heard a radio program that talked about South African medical training being accepted in Canada. I would strongly urge you to confirm my information because we have many doctors and nurses who have been trained overseas who are having problems practicing. Good luck.

I?m medical officer; I have graduated from Iran in 2000. I have worked in hospital as MD, I had private clinic.
I have passed attachment course in pediatrics in Malaysia hospital for 9 months, and I have passed entrance exam for pediatrics master program.
Now I am living in Malaysia, I already got immigration visa for Canada.
Now,I,m searching for job in Canada, would you please help me about it?
