| Subject: AOR letter and 'the next step' |

Hi everybody,
I received my AOR last month (applied in August, Buffalo, Skilled worker through Quebec Selection Certificate). I´ve read that some of you received the AOR and stating an aprox timeline for assessment. My letter just says "Your file has been placed in a queue awaiting assessment. All applications are assessed according to the date on which they are received within the Federal Skilled Worker category". Is this the standard phrasing for Buffalo?
And I don´t know if I should worry, but since I applied with a QSC from Quebec, is it still considered ´Federal Skilled Worker´ or would have the letter say ´Quebec or Provincial Worker category´? I´m a bit worried my application will take too long sitting on a long queue, while I already have the QSC. It took me already a full year to get the QSC, so I would expect not to have to wait to much now at Buffalo... Does anyone have an experience applying with the QSC or know about my possible timeline, and AOR letter statement?
