september 2003 send applicaton to buffalo
october 2003 AOR
may 2004 IE
I sent them many faxes and the only answer was it´s still in background check!can u believe it?

CIC cannot force cooperation from employers and institutions in your home country or other countries where you have lived. Until they are satisfied regarding the documents you have submitted, they are not about to give you a PP request. It might be annoying as hell but they are doing what the government of Canada requires. Sorry it cannot be different but I don´t see what other options there are.

Iran is on the list of so called ´risk countries´ and
´axis of evil´ this is not my opinion just to make it clear,so the US and Canada Govt will scrutinize these applications very closely
