Agree with ME. FOSS is for immigration files in Canada, so you came out clean, no record. Looks like everything is done... except sending you the PPR letter.

Thanks Boss, we have the same case, ur BFD is a day earlier than mine.
Im sure you will have the same caips if you order it now.
Lets wait and watch what happens after 31.10.2005 for you and 1.11.2005 for me. Caips is the best way to stay on top of things about your file. But at the same time it has no effect on processing your file.
LH 123344, RO12345 these are all people junior to visas officers, once final review has been done, the file is kept in line for PPR with these officers. ( wild guess )
Regardless it maybe in line upto "early 2006"( email), and the quota 2002 people who are also waiting.

i´m glad it looks like u are very near.
-what deoes ur caips say about SEC and CRMINAL section?
-what was ur last BFD ?
-did u get all "1" ? (e.g. medical decision, security decision)
i believe we can count on the e-mail saying about "the early 2006..." stuff.
