you might want to check your request for documents letter from immigration. I believe there is a time limit for you to reply. If you do not... they would likely close your file. I hope I am very wrong.

Yeah Sharon, as mentioned chances are high that the file is closed. How can someone not respond and expect a waiver??

In the first place, why didn´t you submit the documents required by CIC especially IELTS. You can´t blame anybody except yourself. Expect further delays as a consequence for not following instructions.

Dear Sharon/Bruce (in reply to: October 2001 applicants....anyone?)
Dear Sharon/Bruce,

I didn´t submit the updated documents nor IELTS alright but their letter said that if I did not submit the same in 6 months, they would assess my file according to old format.

you were given 6 months to provide some documents. Lots of time. You did not do it. There are thousands of people waiting with all the correct documents for assessment. What do you think they did with your file? It is probably in a box that says... good bye - not interested! If you cannot get your file number to appear on the on-line service... my guess is that you must start all over again. This time, do exactly what you are asked- or don´t waste their time.

Didn´t you know that your chances are slim once you are assess based on the documents that you submitted? CIC was giving you a chance to boost your application but you blew it. So buddy, expect for the worst scenario.
