I have applied for quebec immigration from pakistan through damascus office. if anybody have alreday applied or approved please let me know the timeline of his/her application.

it varies a lot, if you have studied/lived in Quebec in the past then expect faster processing times, otherwise you may wait 2-3 years to receive your CSQ

But i have recieved a Letter from Damad which states that it will take 8-10 Months to take a decision.

I have obtained mine after 23 months, and that was in 2003, now a lot of people I know receive it after 24-30 months on their site they put you very wide range of waitings:

note that the short waitings are for people who have lived in quebec in the past.

8-10 is only for those who have either a job offer or family class, be realistic, if its that fast then everybody will go to Quebec ;)
