I got the CAIPS and I found out that the BF date is early 2006. I did the medical almost a year ago and it is about to expire soon, I also paid all the dues and submitted all the documents. Is it possible that I get PP request before the BF date? Does anyone know whether that happens sometimes.

I have been reading a lot of cases that will be reviewed or finalized early 2006. Unfortunately no one can really answer your question with great amount of certainty. With your medical expiring soon, you can only hope that at the very least, you medical validity will be extended....hope I could say more...hang in there...goodluck

A BF data is the date when their system pops up your file number on the said data - if there has been no activity on the file.
for eg. if a file has been waiting for background checks then the BF data will make the officer check on all activity relating to the file and collate all documents together. If some docs are missing then the officer just puts in another BF date so that they are reminded about the file.
