| Subject: How to get Work Permit |
I am in USA waiting for my application being processed for PR.
Can I get a work permit and move to Canada instead of waisting time here?
If yes - how to start this process? Any good tips?
I will appreciate any info or help!

I tried to ask about it to my lawyer. The answer is no. We cannot apply any temp. working visa before PR visa is approved.

If you have a HRSDC approved job offer then you should be able to get a work permit.
