requirements to enter Canida with a DUI charge (in reply to: eligibility for entering Canada with dui charges) I received a DUI in Wisconsin in Aug of 2008.
I have gone into Canada for the past 6 years on a vacation fishing with my dad. I am 49 yrs old. this was my first offense ever. I was told not to even apply for entry the first year because I would not be accepted. I have gone through a The DUI class that is required by the state of WI paid all fines and have gotten my Drivers liencse back in April of 09. I would be a passenger in a car or truck and would not drive in the country.
I would like to start the process for a possible trip in July 2010. What applications and froms and fees are required to regain entry.
Thanks for your help
