| Subject: Buffalo PPRs in October ? Good news?? |

I found couple of people in this forum and on yogi799.com receiving their PPRs from Buffalo in October (I guess at least some are SW category).
Is the backlog cases scare just a rumor ? Hope it is.
Also, I request all skilled worker applicants from Buffalo to post their PP request dates / timelines. This will help others waiting what to expect in the coming months.

As one who is waiting for a PPR, I am following this closely. Some people who are provincial nominees or who have a job offer have gotten PPRs, as well as a few whose medicals were expiring or had just expired. But other than these cases I have not heard of anyone getting a PPR in the normal course of business. But I would be very happy to be demonstrated wrong.
My timeline:
App: August 2004;
AOR: October 2004;
IA: May 2005;
Meds/Docs: June 2005;
e-CAS "meds received": August 2005.
Sept. 2005 email from buffalo: "your file will be ready for final review by an Officer early 2006"
