Hi All,
I am a student and just got here 4 weeks ago. Can I apply PR from canada? and how long it takes?

Have you been admitted to Canada for a period of more than 1 year?
Do you have atleast 1 year of continuous full-time work experience?
Do you qualify as a Skilled worker under the current point system?

If you qualify then you can submit your application to Buffalo, USA (People who live in Canada and want to apply for immigration under the skilled worker category have to submit their application to Buffalo, USA). At present it is taking 18 to 34 months to process a skilled worker application from Buffalo, USA

I think when I use current point, my point only 65. :(
anything to boost up my point?
4 years experience and moderate english.

How many points are you giving yourself for English proficiency?
Moderate English is just 8 points out of 16.

If you feel that your English proficiency is moderate then I suggest your appear in CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System).

If you can score well in any one of these tests you can improve your score in English.
