reading 26 out of 30
listening 26 out of 30
reading 24 out of 30
and TSE 45 out of 60 .
i just want to know canadian goverment accept TSE and TOEFL instead of IELTS

its true that they don´t recognize TOEFL , however you can use it as a supportive proof for your proficy, then its up to them to accept it or not.

You may submit TOEFL but CIC will not recognize it. Strongly suggest submitting IELTS if English is not your first language. Taking the IELTS might save you many months later.
