i wonder how much does it take for my application to be finalised . i have applied at Sep.2002 through Paris office and have not received anything regarding the progress of my case file yet .

Maybe they are doing a BGcheck. It takes some time on that.
Did you order your CAIPS file? Maybe you should order one to find out.
