I have sponsored my parents from India, the medicals have been misplaced by the courier beofre reaching the embassy. What is the next step.Do my parenst inform the immigration office and ask for the
medical forms be sent again. Please advise.

The DMP is supposed to mail the results of the medical exam to Ottawa, Canada. So did the office of the DMP make a mistake in sending your parents medical?
If it is the courier companies fault then your parents can request the DMP if he can redo the medicals. If the DMP says that your parents will he to get new medical forms then they should write a letter to the Canadian embassy in New Delhi and request them to issue new medical forms.
