  Hello Kenny,
You seem to be very well informed and a pro in answering queries. Your postings are really worth reading. Some people in this forum seem to post stuff which degrade themselves. No wonder these people find life to be depressing and difficult. It is a pity that this forum postings are not reviewed by an admin.

Kenny, Which stage are you in the PR process. Which country are you from orignially? What is your profession.
Are u in the US or Canada? Are you a student or a professional. Many personal questions but it is good to have some decent educated people in the crowd.
Thank you
A

I agree with you. Kenny is one of the most knowledgeable persons here. There are others as well but none of those guys/gals have a clean record as far as getting involved into junk postings is concerned..

Good to have you around Kenny !

Well guys I am one of you. I am from India and have been in US for the last 4 years. Here is my timeline:

Applied - Dec 2003
AOR - Jan 2004
IA - Aug 2004
Interview Required in NYC
Medical done March 2005
IELTS score sent April 2005

Hello Kenny,
Your timeline is similar to mine. I am also waiting for PPR now after medicals done in August 2005. I applied Jan 2004. Did you complete interview already in NYC. I am guessing you live in NJ.
Did you also get the email from CIC : "file for finalization early 2006".

Thanks for your kind words.

I am still waiting to get the date for my interview. Hope to hear from them very soon. I used to live in NJ earlier but I have moved to MN.

It is mentioned on the website of Canadian Consulate in New York City that, " Due to Canadian Privacy legislation, individual cases cannot be discussed over the telephone or by e-mail and must be dealt with by letter or by fax." Therefore I have not sent them an e-mail. If I dont hear from them in a couple of weeks I am planning to send them a letter.
