HI i need advise to sponcer my wife.
I got PR.But i never entered to canada.I am in India.And my marriage is fixed in india.So now i am planning to go canada for one day and come back to india and get marry.IS this ok to apply for my wife?.
I will apply for my wife,when i come back to canada from india after my marriage.But i am staying in canada only 1 day now before i get marriage.
Am i eligible to to apply for my wife,if i do like this?.
Please advise me.

Hi Raja,
When you land in Canada you will become PR. After that you can return to India and get married - no problem. It does not matter if you stay in Canada for only one day.
