My story was I file my Canada PR application and had recently completed medical & FBI clearance. I have a GF and we move to live together right after I file my application. She is in F1 status and on the time I file my application to Buffalo, she did not think of coming with me to Canada. But now, in the midst of my application, she change her mind and wanted to come with me to move to Canada to finish her school. We decided to get marry in the next few years. Can I inform Bufollo and will they allow me to do so? We afraid if I inform Buffalo the application will restart over again. What option should I have? How can I get her to come with me? We´re really want to go together? Can someone have similiar experience help? Many Thanks.

I don't think you need to improve anything.... (in reply to: Advise please ! Common law partner application) I think you just have a question that probably should be answered by an immigration officer.
I have two friends who applied from Buffalo (outside application) as conjugal partners and they were living together while the application was in process. Now one of them has become permanent resident. I think you can submit an outside application and live with her in Canada, you just have to notice them your change of address, but I think you should ask immigration officers about this, because this is just my experience and personal point of view.

(in reply to: Advise please ! Common law partner application) Greatly appreciate your input. But, what do you mean by "outside application". Many thanks if you can be more specific.

I mean... (in reply to: Advise please ! Common law partner application) "Outside application" means when you apply from outside Canada. Inland applications are made when you apply inside they country and you send your application to Vergreville, Alberta.
