I got a mail from accra three weeks back stating that I should update my application submitted under the old rules by filling out new forms. The mail also stated that once they receive the documents my application will be assesed both on the old and new rules whichever is more favourable.
Has anybody been in the situation? I have not done IELTS ´cos there is simply not time to do it within four weeks.

(in reply to: Processing under old rules) Fill up the forms that are required and send it to them as soon as possible. Also try to get the earliest possible date for IELTS. Once you get the result you can send it over.

(in reply to: Processing under old rules) Hi, I came through this almost 4 months ago. You should fill up all the new forms as soon as possible. For IELTS - if you are under SW category, you have to do it, if you are business - no, only if they ask you. Send them the docs they require right as it is stated at their letter. By the way, which chc are you?
