How to notify Buffalo office about address change?
I received a sheet of paper for changing address from the Buffalo office when I got the medical request. But I just lost that sheet of paper.
It would be great if you could email me that sheet of paper.

Fax to them, they gave you a fax paper in your AOR envelop. please fill the form and fax to them.

Whenever u get ur AOR that AOR sheet on the back of it has address change form fill it out and fax them.

Or you can email them at buffalo-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca
Be sure to include your case number and the identifying information you use to sign in to e-CAS. I used this method to update my email address with no problem.
