Subject: question about IMM 5406 form
So I am filling all the forms for immigration. For the form IMM-5406 (Additional Family Information) I read in the guide that it should be filled by ME and Spouse.

I am getting confused while filling this form. Section-A 4 rows i.e. Applicant, Spouse, Mother, Father. So when I am filling the form as applicant I put my name as applicant, enter my spouse, mother and father name.

The question is when I am filling the same form for my Spouse, does her name appear as Applicant and then my name for spouse?

I am getting confused because I had this impression that I am the primary applicant while filling forms and for this specific form my spouse is considered ´applicant´??

okay, i´ll stop babbling and let someone clarify this for me :) Thanks in advance!

You may have already received a response to this but yes this form is confusing. I am sponsoring my husband and I thought it was asking me if I was sponsoring additional persons. But when I got my application returned because of the confusion on this form, it was clear that it is a kind of geneology. Confusing form.
