Subject: Newborn's
  Hi,
My Girlfriend and I are currently expected our first child. A question on immigration arose on this matter. She is currently over on a 2 year work permit from the Phillipines. Our child is due in Feb 2005.

Is there any imformation I can find that talks about newborns and parent´s with different citizenships. Specifally, would the mother be deported or allowed to apply for Landed Immigrant?
