Hi,
I got my AOR last month and we are blessed with baby boy. On the back of AOR, they have form to fill for additional members. Completing that form will be sufficient or do I have complete some other forms? Do I have send 150 Canadian dollars now itself? Please advise.

I forgot to ask, how many photographs do I need to send? Do I need to send complete copy of passport and borth certificate?

When the baby is born send the following documents:
1) Certified copy of baby?s Birth Certificate;
2) Copy of Passport;
3) Your second page of IMM0008;
4) Application fee - CA$150 (Please check)
5) 4 photos;
6) Cover letter to inform CIC the birth of child - Mention your file number
7) Additional Family information (IMM 5406) form
If they need any aditional information they will let you know.
