Subject: buffalo email attachment
  Hi
Since now CIC Buffalo has an email address, do you think that when they ask for a copy of a document (not certified) to be sent or whenever somedy wants to send a letter, scanned documents can be attached to the email? it is faster but I don´t know how safe it is.
I think they have a robot programmed just to left click to delete emails ;-))

NEVER risk send documents to Buffalo that are relevant to your file. Send it courier or registered letter so you can be certain they arrive. Faxes are read by who knows and there is no guarantee they will go to the correct officer or be applied to your file.

Your application and future are far too important to take that kind of risk.

email is not reliable thats true , but fax is as reliable as courier because they are both handled the same way

I would be very nervous about sending requested documents by fax for my application. there is no way to know if the right person ever saw them.
