Hi,
I´m in ON,Canada from last two months in a study permit. I want to apply for PR, but dont know where I have to send the documents?
My passport expires at the end of May, 2006 and the study permit too.
I will get both of them after four months. But I want to apply now, Can I apply with this passport or I need new passport with longer validity?

check processing time in your home country, you might surprise that Buffalo is slower.
Before you legally live in Canada for a year, you are not allowed to apply in here

Applicants living in Canada have to submit their skilled worker immigration application to Buffalo, USA.
But to be able to submit the application in USA you MUST be admitted into Canada for a period of atleast one year.

they don´t HAVE to submit their application to Buffalo. They have the option. Also, they are allowed to apply in their own country of citizenship regardless of the period spent in Canada. If you choose to apply in your own country you might be called for an interview over there although you indicate that you live here.

my wife and i both are bachelors in professional coursesin age group of 32-35 years and have all along schooling in English and have enough funds to support in Canada.
want to know what all certificates/documents required for applying as skilled immigrant to canada.
