does it matter what qualifications u have or what profession r u in? with the points reduced to 67, does it make a difference someone scoring 68, 73 & 77 in the processing times?

Profession? if you are applying as skilled worker your occupation should be in the NOC list..see link below

Score and processing time? high score does not mean faster processing time
