how do u compare some daily life issues between canada & usa? say the following,

what about the pollution/traffic congestion/clean neighbourhood etc? how does canada measure compared to usa?

what about the standard/cost of living if i compare toronto & new york?

in usa, people prefer to live in suburbs rather than the city itself. those who have settled buy a house (with lawn, garage etc) & usually keep 2 cars. how´s the scenario in canada?

depends on the city. depends on the neighbourhood. depends on the region, toronto is cheaper than New York, in Canada the majority of people live in cities but many choose to commute to work from the suburbs.

US is very similar in mentality to Canada.

your question is very hard to answer. sorry if I am coming across glib but you are asking a question that can only be answered with ´it depends´

i would prefer public transit instead of communting everyday.
One time I turn on TV at 5:30am, you know what? Mission/Maple Ridge,Abborsford already have traffic jam!!!!!!

if you drive everyday, you don´t even walk on sidewalk and make me fat. And I believe public transit is safer than your own car, even though I still drive everyday to work. This is the good thing to live in the city, public transit service is nice

I still wanna live in the suburbs, with much green space

The City of Toronto is a far cry different from NYC. There are about 3mil ppl in the city compared to 30mil in NYC. The entire ppl of Cda is about the size of NYC Popln.

We do have issues with pollution, we share the same pollution problems with NYC, unlikely the people in each country pollutant travel freely across the broder, no VISA needed.
Toronto is currently having issue with garbage disposal. We are currently transporting out garbage to Detroit, but that might end in the near future and the question where do we send our garbage.
Toronto is more laid back, you get the big city convenience without the price city price of NYC.
