Hi,

I believe you can apply as skilled worker....

Please visit this link to know what NOC number your job will fall:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/skilled/qual-2-1.html

after knowing your NOC # please visit this link to know if your actual job description is somewhat similar

http://www23.hrdc-drhc.gc.ca/2001/e/generic/welcome.shtml

after knowing that your skill is considered please do the self-assessment to know more or less if you are going to pass the point system: passing point is 67..link to the self-assessment

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/skilled/assess/index.html

for your IELTS, you need to score at least 7 for each category to get the maximum score for the 1st language.

goodluck

I agree with Khusi, there is nothing like getting married to a canadian..by applying for skilled worker u´ll have to wait for 2-5 years..lots of paperwork..and teh after coming here work as a cab driver or in factory..
If u get married to a canadian girl..u´r life will be comparatively very very smooth..u can land in 3-4 months..stay at u´r spouse´s family house..for couple of months..study further of find job but atleast one of u will be earning...start searching in newspapers..good luck.
I told u all the facts...I bet everyone agree with me.

Unless of course you´re not ready for marriage and therefore would be getting married for the wrong reason... for the purpose of immigration, namely.

don´t think for a second that Canadian girls are stupid. First thing that runs through a single girls mind when a good looking foreigner mass the move... ´I bet he wants a free ticket into Canada´.

As Guest said, after coming here work as a cab driver or in factory... - is it a witty comment or more of a fact? What do IT guys do there (for example)? Do they work in IT or work as a cab driver or in factory or something similar?
