Alright, have been looking around, but few have been able to answer this question.
Does anyone know what the best schools are for Computer Engineering?

I would Say:

1. Waterloo
2. Western, Queens, McGill
3. McMaster, Ryerson, UofT, UBC
4. Carleton, Concordia,
5. York (But you cannot be recognized by PEO)

I think if you follow the list, it should give you a pretty good idea on the ranking for Comp. Engineering. All these schools, except York, are recognized by PEO. York is really not an Engineering school, so if you are looking for an engineering degree, stay away.

^ I agree with the above, it is fairly accurate.

You are right about Lakehead, I guess the more popular schools are on the list. How about:

1. Waterloo
2. Western, Queens, McGill
3. McMaster, Ryerson, UofT, UBC
4. Carleton, Concordia,
5. Lakehead
6. York

Not sure exactly where you are coming from, but Ryerson´s undergrad engineering programs are highly ranked. They have one of the highest rate of employment after 6 months of graduation, So i would agree with this ranking.
