Subject: York or Carelton?
I´m an international student; Im thinking applying to either York U or Carelton U(in Ottawa) for undergraduate study. I want to take Political Science and pursue a career related to it in the future. Which one is more political and offers more professional curriculum for Political Science?

Thank you people!

:)

The only thing York is known for is Schulich School of Business. The only thing Carleton is known for is aerospace/mechanical engineering.

Something like political science can be take at almost any university.

U of Ottawa would be a better polisci school than the two you mentioned above.

No degree is directly applicable to the working world, outside professional schools.

They aren´t supposed to. It´s education, not training.

If you don´t know what to do with a general arts or science degree, university ain´t the place for you. Go study tool and die or automechanics.
