Subject: Help! Can't Decide!
I need to decide between UofT, UW, and Carleton (UW and Carleton are co-op). I applied for electrical engineering. I know that UofT and UW have a better rep than Carleton, but Carleton offered me a 16k scholarship, and I´ll get to live in my own place there. UW looks good with the co-op and the masters degree in 5 years. The only problem is there´s no summers, so i can´t visit my family, who live in Qatar. UofT has a really good rep too.
My parents are kinda leanin towards UW or UofT, whiles I´m kind of wondering if I should just go to Carleton. Any input?
Thanks.

I showed this to my father, who is an engineer himself. He said that as an employer, he would consider UofT and UW grads first over Carleton.

Well I´d only be going for undergrad. If I plan to continue on with grad school would it make a big difference?

Toronto and Waterloo is good for engineering. I heard that Carleton is good with computer technologies such as drafting, cisco...

The 16k scholarship sounds very nice, but if you really want recognition after ou graduate, do UofT or Western

So, Carleton pulls the plug on their crappy football program and tries to buy their students. Gee, Carleton sounds like such a well-balanced school, not!
